The Clever is the “Frankenstein’s monster” of coffee brewing. It combines the shape and filter of a Beehouse, the total immersion and brew time of a French Press, and the releasing mechanism of a dam. The filter eliminates the oily aftertastes known to be in immersion brews, while keeping that heavy mouthfeel of the cup that you love. Standard paper cone filters are used and sold separately at any major grocery store.
