At Rev Coffee, roasting is a labor of love and an obsession. After scouring the world for the perfect vintage roaster, Rev Coffee Roasters came alive with a Probat L12. Having the necessary tools was only a small fraction of the daunting task of creating the perfect bag of roasted beans.
Our Head Roaster, Daniel Riggins, is so dedicated to perfecting his trade that he has been known to roast until the early morning hours. It is his precision, attention to detail, dedication, and passion for coffee that allows Rev Coffee to serve only the finest roasted coffee in the world.
Brewing the perfect cup of coffee starts with sourcing the perfect batch of beans. The beans are so important that Rev only uses those that are of the highest quality during that time of the year. The bean harvest can be likened to that of fruit and vegetable harvests. Only in the fall are apples the tastiest, and the same is true of Rwandan, Brazilian, Costa Rican, and all other coffee beans depending on their best harvest dates. With this in mind, Rev Roasting will never have out of season coffee in the Roaster or in the brewer.
Using only the finest, organic, and properly harvested beans allows Rev Roasting to guarantee a great tasting coffee with every brew.
When you combine the best equipment in the coffee industry, one of the greatest Head Roasters, and the freshest ingredients can only be described as harmony.
